These terms and conditions are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, specifically by the provisions of Section 1751 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Service and product orders are accepted via email or through the reservation system at www.dansvoboda.cz.
A binding order is created by submitting a reservation request via the online form or email, or by ordering a product from the website interface. By placing an order, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions and agrees to them.
1. Booking a place on courses and workshops
After submitting the order, the client shall pay a reservation fee, payable within 5 working days to the provider's account or in person in cash.
2. Processing of personal data
The provider, Daniel Svoboda (ID No.: 7210060176), collects the following personal data from the client for processing: name, surname, email address, and telephone number. The protection of this personal data is subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
3. Creation of a contractual relationship
The contractual relationship between the customer and the supplier is created by the customer's confirmation of agreement with the terms and conditions and subsequent payment of the "Reservation Fee" in the online form at www.dansvoboda.cz.
4. Cancellation of reservation, withdrawal from the contract
In the event that the course or workshop is canceled by the provider, the reservation fee and any other payments related to the workshop will be refunded to the client in full. In this case, the provider does not compensate for any costs incurred by the client related to the cancellation of the course or workshop.
If the client decides for any reason to withdraw from the order after paying the reservation fee, they are obliged to notify the provider immediately.
Cancellation policy: If the customer cancels participation more than 160 days before the start of the workshop and the place is filled, the customer is entitled to a refund of 85% of the deposits paid. If the customer cancels participation 160 days or less before the start of the event and the place is not filled, all payments related to the reservation of the place and participation are non-refundable. In the event that the vacated place is filled, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of all payments made.
5. Payment schedule
The reservation fee is payable at the time of booking the service to the provider's bank account or in person in cash within 5 working days. The remaining amount is always paid to the provider's account as stated on the product page. The total price for the service must be paid no later than 60 days before the start date of the service. In the event that the customer fails to pay 100% of the price by the given deadline, this may be automatically considered as a withdrawal from the purchase contract. In such a case, the client is not entitled to participate in the workshop or course, nor to a refund of any fees and deposits already paid.
6. Consent to the provision of photographs
Photographs of participants may be taken during practical workshops and courses. If the client does not wish their photographs to be published, it is necessary to inform the photographer in advance - in writing to dan.svoboda@mac.com. If the client does not do so, it is understood that the provider grants consent to the publication of such photographs for marketing purposes.
