About me

For me, landscape is more than a place on a map - it is an organism that lives, changes and of which we are a part. Photography is my way of capturing and sharing the moment: the light on a mountain ridge, the silence of the desert, the flutter of branches in the morning wind. I try to make my images convey the emotion I felt in that moment.

Photography is my second profession. It brings creativity, new relationships and part of my livelihood into my life. I sell my own prints, lead individual workshops and most importantly, I organize landscape expeditions where I teach others to look at the world differently than they have done before.

For me, photography means getting up before the sun, meeting a stranger who becomes a friend, sharing an experience that opens up a new perspective for someone. It's a way to be fully present in every second, and a way to pass something on - whether through a picture, advice, or a journey to places one might never have gone on their own.
